Our Premium Hourly Service provides you with professional, polished bartenders who elevate your event with exceptional hospitality and flawless drink execution. This option is for clients who already have a bar setup but want the elevated touch, expertise, and signature sparkle that Fizz & Forest is known for.
The Lone Star Bartender for Up to 50 Guests
$50/Hour
Ideal for intimate gatherings, boutique events, and smaller celebrations, this package provides one professional Fizz & Forest bartender dedicated to delivering polished, efficient, and elevated service.
Your bartender will expertly craft and serve your selected beverages, manage guest flow, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience from start to finish. This option works best when you already have a bar or serving station available on-site.

The Dual Bartender Experience for Up to 100 Guests
$100/Hour
Perfect for medium to large events, this package includes two professional Fizz & Forest bartenders and a curated four-drink signature menu tailored to your event style and flavor preferences.
With four included drink options and a three-hour minimum, this package is ideal for events anticipating higher foot traffic, multiple drink choices, or the desire for a more dynamic and engaging bar service
The Crowd Control Add-On
$75/50 Additional Guests
The Crowd Control Add-On ensures your event receives the right level of service as your guest count grows. For every additional 50 guests, we expand staffing, service flow, and bar support to maintain the seamless, elevated experience Fizz & Forest is known for.
This add-on helps prevent long lines, keeps drinks moving, and preserves the boutique, high-touch atmosphere your event deserves—no matter how big the crowd gets.
Premium Event Packages
Our Premium Event Packages deliver a fully curated four-hour bar experience designed to elevate any celebration. Each package includes professional Fizz & Forest bartenders, a styled bar setup to match your event theme, and a customized four-drink menu crafted exclusively for your occasion. Dirty Soda Bar

Iced Coffee Bar

Featuring locally sourced coffee and house-made syrups, this bar offers a curated four-drink menu of cold brew favorites, signature cold foams, creamers, and sweet garnishes designed to keep your guests refreshed, delighted, and caffeinated. Event Enhancements and Premium Add Ons

Mileage Charge
$1.50/Mile Round Trip
Events within a 10-mile radius of our home base in Montgomery, Texas are included at no additional cost. For events outside this radius, mileage is billed at $1.50 per mile (round-trip) to cover travel, fuel, and equipment transport.
Hydration Station

A beautifully styled, self-serve hydration setup featuring still water and lemon–mint water.
Beer & Wine Service Addition

Add curated beer and wine service to your bar package. Includes chilling, presentation, and full professional service. (Client provides all alcohol per TABC regulations.)
Ice Package

In accordance with TABC regulations, alcohol must be provided by the client; we take care of everything else to ensure a beautiful, cohesive, and unforgettable beverage experience.
